My work explores a world where nature, love, mysticism, magic, eroticism, pain, and passion are interlaced perfectly to give form to sculptures that have a language of their own.
The duality of human existence is a constant in my sculpture: pleasure-pain, happiness-sadness, man-woman, sun-moon, love-heartbreak, seduction-betrayal, companionship-loneliness, and life-death. I constantly portray the relationship between man and nature, exploring how human aspects intertwine with those of animals, plants, the stars, and elements.
Due to the diversity of themes and subjects that I explore, I group my work into three basic types: mystical, romantic, and natural. The necessity to express myself has brought me to explore, in an autodidactic way, a diversity of techniques and materials.
